Artemis Rally is celebrating it's third year and there are a LIMITED number of team spots available , DON'T WAIT to register .  COMMITMENT DEPOSITS will RESERVE your team entry!!!!


The ONLY event of this type. This rally is for the determined , adventure seeking women . Artemis Rally will test the participants both physically and mentally.   Artemis Rally utilizes strategy , navigation and other outdoor activities . 
Artemis Rally will take participants on a 4-day adventure like never before. This adventure rally will take the teams across some of the most rugged parts of NC to experience some of the most beautiful territory is the USA. All teams will be required to camp together in nightly bivouacs , OP will provide participants with roomy 4-person tents .

PRE-PARTY is WEDNESDAY EVENING JUNE 4th -6pm to 8:00PM -location TBD in Hickory NC

*Firearms (Rifle , Pistol -Shotgun ) ( Range areas for Handgun and Rifles with certified  officials ) ( We provide all firearms and ammunition , All teams will use the same firearms , no personal firearms allowed )

* Whitewater Rafting -Class 3-4
* Zip lining -Multiple runs
* MTB- Pump track or similar
* Rock Climbing - Human Power
* Hiking
* Paddle Boarding (SUP)

The final day will include a social hour , formal dinner ( cocktail attire )and awards ceremony .

Team - Requirements


A team entry will consist of a two person team and one vehicle ONLY ,  If you plan on entering two or more vehicles , That will be considered as multiple team entries . All types of vehicles are welcomed to participate , Stock SUV /Pickups , Slightly modified or highly modified , Hybrid or E-vehicles are welcomed . No provisions for charging EV are provided.   All vehicles are required to be street legal and displaying a valid tag.  NO SXS are allowed , Street legal or otherwise . TWO PEOPLE allowed per team/vehicle , NO MEDIA or SUPPORT ALLOWED in the team vehicles 


Personal Gear -
Sleeping bag or blankets

Gloves for winching , etc 

Food=

Artemis competitors will be treated to delicious, nutritious  breakfast and dinners by our professional cook team  -Trail to Table -Nathan Derstine (vegan and vegetarian options will be available ) . 
Lunch and snacks will be the responsibility of the teams . QTY-8 meals 

Vehicles=

This rally will be open to all types of street legal 4x4 (no side by sides )  All types of vehicles are welcomed to participate , Stock SUV /Pickups , Slightly modified or heavily modified , Hybrid or E-vehicles are welcomed . We provide the tents for the teams (two people per tent )

TEAM MEMBERS will be required to provide ALL personal gear , toiletries , camping gear (OP- provides tents ) first aid kits as well as lunch and snacks . Fuel for vehicles will be the responsibility of the competitors , fuel stops are allowed at any given time during the event .

Manufacturer vehicle teams and sponsored teams are welcome to participate.

Valid driver's license and valid vehicle insurance required.

Overlander Project will provide mechanical assistance as needed , On route and in the evening bivouac .

Cost = $2995.00 per team after    12-31-2024

RESERVE your Team spot with the COMMITMENT DEPOSIT $300.00 ( NON-REFUNDABLE). Balance due no later than APRIL 30th 2025

Artemis Rally reserves the right to display event decals such as -
a. the ENTIRE CANOE
b. Team numbers on both the driver and passenger door , preferably the front doors , if you plan to have your doors removed - you MUST have a surface for AR to apply the team numbers .
c. Either upper or lower windshield - Dimensions - 6"x48" 
No outside , non Artemis Rally branding will be permitted on the helmets , vests or canoes - NO EXCEPTIONS 

No media personnel allowed in competition vehicles 
No chase teams allowed 
No mobile Starlink or similar wi-fi connections will be permitted . 
Navigation will be performed by team members ONLY - NO OUTSIDE ASSISTANCE
Social Posts will be performed by team members only 
Trackers will be installed on your rally vehicle - any tampering with tracking device will result in immediate disqualification , IF A RALLY VEHICLE EXCEEDS THE POSTED SPEED LIMIT - INSTANT DISQUALIFICATION - NO EXCEPTIIONS 

Interested in bringing a media person or team ( strict restrictions apply )

* MEDIA VEHICLES - Includes media placards (Meatballs) qty-2  ( Media credentials ) and Suggested locations to capture the moving teams .
* Overlander Project / Artemis Support vehicles will be required to display qty -2 placards/meatballs , event apparel and name tag 

* Meal plan is available for purchase for Media / Support Members
