Autumn Expedition Summit: Oct 10-12 2025

ATTENTION _ NEW ROUTE with NEW PRIVATE CAMP LOCATIONS !

The event starts in Marion, North Carolina, on Friday, October 10th @ 2:00 pm at Lowes Hardware in Marion NC. Address =  Wheels up at 3:00 pm SHARP!

The Autumn Expedition Summit will take participants from Marion NC north through Little Switzerland and up through Altapass for a quick stop at the orchard and then down towards Lake James for the evening. , Overlander Project will host a social hour with light snacks and a few beverages.  (clean porta-john  and group campfire). Expect 10-11 miles of gravel , highway roads and FSR  Trailers welcome 

Saturday October 12th mid morning we will caravan southwest towards Lake Toxaway . We will stop along the route to tailgate for lunch , bring your favorite sandwiches !  After lunch we will continue to explore towards our evening camp . Expect 60- 80 off-road miles , FSR .

Our 2nd night will feature a clean porta potty , We are planning a pot luck dinner so bring your favorite snack or dish to share .  Overlander Project will provide the social hour with beverages and group campfire !

This is an all weather EXPEDITION , bring your passion for adventure , camaraderie and desire for fun !!!

 .Sunday morning participants are welcome to do their own thing. Admission is $155.00 / driver and $45.00/passenger  -includes an qty-2 event decals, OP ceramic coffee mug , PVC patch ,first round at social hours, and camping both nights, and loads of FUN !!!
